AGM and other Matters
The AGM- Monday 24th November - 7.30pm - Crown Hotel, Blandford
- Attendance by league clubs mandatory - failure to be represented will result in a fine of £50.
- Clubs wishing to place proposals that have a bearing on the league should write to Michael Williams, DCL secretary ahead of 31st October.
General Matters - Entries for the 2009 season together with Club averages must be in the hands of George Vincent by 31st October 2008 accompanied by a chequw in favour of the DCA for £20
- Any Change of officers at a club are to be advised to both Michael Williams, DCL secretary and Terry Warder, DCA secretary
- There are still a number of trophies to be returned to Michael Williams - Can those clubs still to do so make it a priority
